OUR STORY
WomensRadio and Women’s Radio Network are produced by Women’s Online, Media and Education Network (W.O.M.E.N.), which began in 1995 and operates every day from a strong sense of mission – to give women and all people a greater voice and by doing so, to encourage more balanced communications in every aspect of our lives, thereby bringing greater balance to our world.
THE HOST
Founder, WomensRadio® & AudioAcrobat®
Pat Lynch is a media pioneer who launched the first woman-owned ad agency in the South in 1969 at age 25. She built a national reputation by introducing radio and TV to industries like real estate and worked with brands including Coca-Cola, Miller Lite, and LPGA.
In 1998, she launched WomensRadio®—the first streaming platform for women, giving voice to changemakers worldwide. In 2005, she co-developed AudioAcrobat®, a tool now used in over 150 countries for streaming and podcasting.
Beyond media, Pat has led major community initiatives—from youth empowerment events in Atlanta to fundraising for Habitat for Humanity, Muscular Dystrophy, and Afghan women's organizations. She’s served on numerous nonprofit boards and continues to advocate for women's leadership, communication, and inclusion.
